Pumpkin is great for the skin. It’s packed with fruit enzymes and alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), which increase cell turnover to brighten and smooth the skin.

Pumpkin also contains antioxidants, vitamins A and C which not only soften and soothe the skin but boost collagen production to prevent the signs of aging.
