With the holidays fast approaching we all will be frantically searching for
the perfect gifts for our friends and loved ones. Bath Bomb cupcakes are my
absolute favorite thing to make. Not only are they cute as can be but they
can be tailored to your liking. You will certainly be the rave at the company
party this year! When I want a vacation at home this is the thing that does it
for me. They scent the air and your bath water and make the environment
so intoxicatingly inviting. It’s the way I relax and renew. They are filled
with essential oils and shea butter, cocoa butter or any other oil to
moisturize for your skin. They have a nice foam and leave your skin feeling
oh so soft and smooth. Not only do these cupcake bath bombs make a most
thoughtful gift but the next time you want to pamper yourself drop one in
the tub of warm running water and watch the foam and fizz do its thing. To
make the perfect bath bomb cupcakes you will need to allow for time as
follows:
- 1 day – bath bombs setting up in the mold
- 3 days – bath bombs drying out before frosting
- 15 minutes – in the freezer after frosting
- 1 day – after frosting before adding ‘embellishments’
- 2-3 days after adding the drizzle (or polka dots) before packaging
That means it can take as long as 8 days from start to finish of the Perfect
Bath Fizzy Cupcake. If you’re shipping your Bath Fizzy Cupcakes, you’ll
want to take the extra time to make sure they’re beefy enough to make it to
their destination intact so plan ahead. Here’s a cool video tutorial on how to
frost the perfect bath fizzy.
